Web Consultant

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Tele Caller to join our sales team. As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to sell websites, digital marketing packages, and mobile applications to potential clients over the phone. You will be tasked with identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for website development, digital marketing, and mobile application services.
2. Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their businesses to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
3. Present and explain our services in a clear and persuasive manner, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
4. Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
5. Close sales deals by understanding customer requirements, negotiating terms, and securing contracts.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and client information in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales role, preferably in website development, digital marketing, or mobile application sales.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to build rapport with potential clients and establish a strong sales pipeline.
5. Knowledge of website development, digital marketing, and mobile application services is a plus.
6. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
